Ouch!

O.k...note to self...do not plan to start a big exercise routine change on Halloween! Hah! I have stayed true to my morning routine the past 2 days, I plan tonight to hit the gym for the weight training. Our dog Sadie is loving the early morning walks (despite she is causing me shin splints by pulling me along the route)!

This is day 2 of the ab workout...ouch is all I can say! It's like my abs are giving me payback for ignoring them for so long! :-) It will get better, I know this game!

My current regimen:

Wake-up:
(2) O2 Gold
(1) Thermoplus
(3) Catalyst
(1) LeptiLean
1st MNS-3 pack
Spark and Rehydrate

After Breakfast:
2 colored MNS-3 packets

Before Lunch:
Last MNS-3 pack

Afternoon:
BioCharge mixed in Rehydrate

Before Bed:
(4) Nighttime Recovery
