2-1-0...wow over the 200 mark. Bold as it is to post that weight, I don't really want to "own" it. How does one get to 210 especially when one thinks they are active and healthy? Hmmm, let's think...little exercise and eating junk!
What are my other excuses? Had a baby in 2006 (almost 5 years ago, bad excuse); had double foot surgery in 2009 (almost 2 years ago, bad excuse); lots of family life changes in the past two years (can't wallow in that forever and it wouldn't be what AJ or Mom would want me to do). Sounds easy...I'll just exercise more and eat less junk food! Sounds easier said than done in my world.
O.k...let's make a plan for this. I'm not sure how it will all work out but I have to make time for me. I am so lucky to live in a part of the world where the weather is decent year-round (little known secret of southern Arizona). No snow, rain and slush to use as an excuse. I have to get out and move more! Maybe I need to start using that gym membership I am paying every month?!
