End to Day Three!

A much better eating day today, but I still think I need to eat more I think! No headaches and no hunger pains! Thanks to the suggestions from others who have done this 24-Day Challenge, between meal snacking will be easier! I think in my food planning, I was going too far into the low-carb mind-set and forgot that I can eat starchy carbs (but I have to choose multi-grain versus plain white flour). Huge thanks to Ashley's Mom for suggesting snacking on Cheerios. That crunch will help!

Wow I drank a lot of water today! Feeling a bit waterlogged!

Food List
- Bfast: oatmeal, banana
- Lunch: Turkey Sandwich
- Dinner: Leftover spaghetti w/ meat sauce, 2 slices of whole grain bread
- Snack: Apples, Cheerios, dried fruit and nut medley (from Costco)


What I need to work on
- Need to get my menu planned out! (Grrr, still a work in progress
- Gotta find more time for exercise!
