Friday Weigh-In, Day 39
Hoping for a little movement on the scale this week, but nope...still 206. Getting a bit discouraged, especially when I have so much weight to lose. I've made such huge changes in my nutrition and exercise, that I thought surely by now I would have dropped 10-12 pounds (with most of it probably being water weight). Hmmmm, I don't want to go low-carb (which has worked for me in the past) since I vowed to not go into deprivation mode, but be sensible. Hopefully I can figure something out and make an adjustment for the next week!
