Day 33
Weekly weigh-in day, oh joy! It's a loss, but don't we all wish it was more? Down to 206, a half pound from last week (so a total of 5 pounds down in about a month). Truthfully, I think it really stinks. I have radically altered my food intake and exercise and I now drink tons of water and no diet sodas and I've only lost 5 pounds!? My energy and appetite control is great, my muscles are sore, but not sure what is happening with the scale.
When Evan's school year is over in May, I plan on working out 2 times a day (0530am class and an after work class) to see if there is something with my cardio that needs work.
